Ed DeVivo
I have a 1/32 Tamiya F-14 in my stash. I know Trumpeter has a more detailed version of this with recessed panel lines and rivets, but I truly feel it would be wasteful spending to disregard this and buy new. The only issue I have are the raised panel lines and lack of rivets. My plan is to use the current Tamiya 1/48 F-14 and use is as a reference for the larger scale. Im not looking to replicate every panel line, rivet hole but don't want to half-butt it either. Is there any references, how to on rescribing panel lines and rivets? Ive done some light scribing after sanding and deepened some lines but nothing from scratch. Ive checked youtube for videos but can't seem to find anything. That you all!
