Ed DeVivo
It's been about 20 years or so since I masked a canopy, or anything for that matter. I recall the stuff I used was given to me in a cup from a guy at the hobby shop in a plain cup. It was light blue, very thick and worked really well. What do you guys use, and in terms of ease of use and removal would you recommend? Thanks in advance!!! -Ed
Da SWO
I've used microscale liquid mask with mixed results, and lately have just used Tamiya masking tape with good results.

It’s my go to for masking aircraft canopy’s. It very easy to use and comes off very well, even on canopy’s that I’ve left it on for months!
Helmsman
That thick blue stuff is likely Microscale MicroMask. I do use it accasionally for round corners masking but not for canopies.
