I will no longer buying this kit and will be just waiting for the Tamiya rendition. All you need to do is get the Late A kit, it has all you need to build a B model except for engine cans, which are readily available. Steve "TOMCATS FOREVER, BABY...!!" Solo
And what about exhaust bracelets (I dont know what is the proper name for that parts), where exhaust nozzles are embeded? There are different for A and B/D engines.
A-10 LOADER
The kit gives you both fairings, a set for the A model and, the other for the B/D, those are on sprue "M". Steve "TOMCATS FOREVER, BABY...!"
Solo
Good to know. So should I buy only resin nozzles and that is all, may I build Bravo?

Unless the squadron you want to build had the SparrowHawk HUD, then you'll need to go to Phase Hanger for that item. Steve "TOMCATS FOREVER, BABY...!"

MattN
Phase Hangar Resin discontinued all of their traditional cast items in favor of 3-D printing - so their F-14B conversion is no longer available :(

Solo
I am not a Tomcat guy, so would you like be so kind and explain the problem?
legend1
first of all the nose as you can see on the photos compare to the tamiya which should be very accurate ! it's a nice kit lots of details but this error it's quite noticiable don´t you think ? the naca ir vents on the engine nacelle have a look if you have the kit and compare to the real photos ! well i managed to adjust it ! now i still must verify the wings and exhaust but i'm not 100% sure if there are errors as well there !!! ijozic
Perhaps you could post an image from a side perspective, showing fuselages in a nose to nose perspective. If I understand correctly, the issue is that the GWH nose doesn't point downwards enough? That would be quite an error for the price it goes for.
