ESzczesniak
Shortly after DCS AH-64D came out, I needed to have an Apache in my collection. I have a Hasegawa kit with all the extras, but wanted a low maintenance build. So I picked the Academy 1/72 AH-64D late model kit. The build was rather pleasant and straight forward. I generally like to model deployed aircraft and weather them appropriately, so tried to make the bird look like it played around in the sandbox. Weathering is primarily with oils, but with some pigments added. The kit was entirely OOB. As always, any comments and/or criticism are welcome. Thank you for looking! oortiz10
I like that. It's sharp! I have the Hasegawa -64D in 1/48 that is calling me from the stash. Yours provides some nice inspiration! -O
