Here's the cockpit and the surgery I've done to lengthen the nose to match the -5. In the background, you can see I sawed down the flaps as well. It's a sickness... ST0RM Posted May 27, 2023 Author Share Posted May 27, 2023 (edited) The F4U surgery didn't work out the way I wanted, so I binned it. Pulled out a started Hasegawa Hellcat that I bought from a gentleman's collection, that passed away. He had only painted the interior cockpit parts, so I moved forward from there.
