I'm wondering where airlines get these models from?

Being in to books, I know of this book on the topic, which will of course have that info,

And that's the end of what I happen to know. Other than there was a maker in Brasil which doesn't make any more; Miniatures Vogelar or something like that was their name, think it stuck with me because it brings to mind the Vogon Constructors in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy..
