Just checked my slide collection, I shot 162417 at Oceana back on December 30, 1999. Same color scheme minus the Iraqi flag. Steve Hi Steve, No regarding the base. A buddy of mine who has a small business making bases did it. My original plan was to do a couple of USAF aggressors taking off from Nellis, but my buddy had some great pics of NAS Fallon's runway 31, so we decided to go with that.
