Valom 1/72 Vickers Valetta

This is my Valom 1/72 Vicke4rs Valetta that I have made, the model is mostly out of the box, I have altered some things on the kit, as listed below

Cut out the two small windows on the side of the fuselage for this version

cut out the window where the first aid kit and axe is situated on the door as this is not on the kit

Remove all the moulded fabric from the flaps, as this model represents the aircraft at Flixton Museum

Change the rear horizontal tail and add hinges and correct these flaps to right position 

Cut out the vertical flap

Fill in some windows and hatches not present on this aircraft

Add hinges to the luggage hatches etc

One note that I did not change is that the undercarriage doors on the kit are wrong and don't have the wheel bulge 

Paints used were Tamiya white and red and Vallejo Aluminium silver, slightly weathered using pastels

Overall not a bad kit but has its issues, I certainly will be building another and also the Vickers Viking

Lastly I have shown the Varsity as a comparison in size to the Valetta which is larger in length and wing span than the Valetta
