I have seen and have a couple that are painted gloss black for the big lens and I paint silver on the back side and paint Tamiya clear blue on the smaller one. A-10 LOADER Posted May 22, 2023 Share Posted May 22, 2023 Well for what's it's worth, they are usually stowed away and, you won't see them unless the jet is flying. I did add this pod to my 1/18th scale Merit Harrier and I used Alclad gold for the round lens and MM Chrome Silver for the smaller one with Tamiya clear blue over the silver when it dried. Once all that was good and dry I added a few drops of Testors clear parts cement, to replicate the glass. Steve Quote Link to post Share on other sites
