Can't wait! I'm building the kit now, but no where ready for decals. Hopefully they will be out when I'm ready to decal it. Thanks!

Same situation.   Heard a rumor on the Apache modelers FB page that a well-known European outfit will have decals out for this kit next month.    I'm just hoping we have a nice selection of US Army E-models to choose from.

That would be awesome! I'm nervous about the kit decals. I'm only on the cockpit. I'm trying to figure out what to do with the "DONOT GRAB" labels. I want to space the DO and NOT from DONOT but the solid pure black is evident, even on the real one. Maybe slice it, move it and then paint the gaps pure black? Oh the first world problems!

This should probably go on another forum but WW is working a stencil set that includes that DO NOT GRAB markings.   Only reason I bring this up here is that Kursad indicated previously that he had no interest in doing the stencils for this kit.    If you have any other questions on decals for this helo, best to probably start a thread on the Helo forum.

The AH-64D/E sheet is ready and I will post photos tomorrow after I visit the Nats. It will start shipping in a couple of weeks.

The Caracal sheet has basic stencilling (exactly the same that was included in the 1/48 scale AH-64D/E sheet I released earlier). I don’t think I ever said I was not doing stencils for it, I just said I had zero interest in doing a stencilling sheet at the same level of detail that the kit sheet has. I will leave this thankless (and profitless) job to others and focus on using the sheet real estate on as many interesting aircraft markings as possible.

Good news.  Didn't mean to cause confusion with my comments, it was understood that you would have some of the basic stenciling, just not all the minutia, which to me, would include those DO NOT GRAB decals present in the cockpit.

Are these all of the same US options from the 1/48 sheet?  All with the late upturned exhaust?

Yes, it looks like all late upturned exhaust options from the 1/48 sheet are included in this 1/35 set.

Very nice decals....... MUST HAVE !!!

While most of the AH-64D options from the 1/48 sheet are there, the -E options are mostly all new. The 1/48 sheet came out at a time when the E model was in use in very few units with simple markings. Over the last few years, unit markings started to appear and these are on the decal sheet.

I’ll be getting a couple of sheets when the ordering goes live.

I’m hopeful we’ll get an International sheet.  The Takom kits do a great job of doing various international Apaches, but their decals are garage.  US ones are great, but a lot of people would do British, Greek, Israel, Japanese, etc AH-64s, but without usable decals a lot of Takom kits will probably sit in the box unbuilt.
