Star Helicopters is the only private flight operation allowed to offer photo flights over the restricted airspace above LAX. Back then I'm not sure if it had a name yet and it was just salmon pink cement benches along the street, no fencing, etc ... I believe up on the hill there you're actually in El Segundo ...
