Lloyd_C
Thought I would post some pics of recently finished Green
Lloyd_C
Will be making a base for it to attached the name plate I made, hence the unpainted stand.
Whiskey
That’s a cool scheme. And different too. Reminds me of X-Wings out of the Rogue Squadron comic series.
ST0RM
Nice work Lloyd! The green accents are a nice change from the normal we see. And the "canned" yellow bits on the upper right engine. Bravo
admiralcag
Nice! I'll buy the stand off of you. I built Rey's X-Wing as Luke's but it didn't come with parts for the Death Star base. Â Vern
Lloyd_C
Hi Vern  Thanks for the nice comment. Unfortunately I will be incorporating pieces of the stand on my base.  Lloyd
GreyGhost
Beautiful job Lloyd ..! Looks like it leapt off the screen ..! I think the T-65 looks way better than the T-70 ...  -Gregg
Lloyd_C
Thanks Gregg  I agree, I like the look of the 65 as well. Have a 70 waiting in the wings. This one one is for my son. Big SW fan but wanted something different than the regular RED 5. Green 8 meant everything was painted but allowed total artistic license. Very few kit decals used, and few taken from an F-18.
Lloyd_C
Finally got the base finished
Ben Brown
That looks great! I like seeing T-65s in something besides red. I recently built this kit as Hera Sendula’s ship.  Ben
southwestforests
Beautiful paint. And I very much like that the pilot is in place. Â The X-wing, Y-wing, TIE, designs have got to rate very high on the list of prop design aesthetics masterpieces.
MattP
It's a beautiful piece!!! Thanks for sharing it!
