B-ONE27
Was perusing FlyingLeatherNecks and Phasehangerresins and did not see any so I was wondering if any consideration be given on some 3-D print 1/48 & 1/32 wheel chocks. I'd be interested in USAF versions with ropes; if possible in 3D print capabilty, and the unique style USN/USMC versions with adjustable arms. Both wood and metal iterations from Vietnam till present would be great.

I was at MCAS Beaufort a few weeks ago and photographed and measured a set they had in the hangar. Trying to resolve some issues with the F/A-18 flap set and finish the cockpit parts, then I was going to knock these out. Give me a couple weeks.

norbert
Reedoak has both vietnam and modern versions of US Navy wheel chocs, in different scales, designed on scans from the real things
Brian P: Fightertown Decals
The Reedoak stuff is awesome. Perfect replica. Gloria models now has both USN and USAF chocks that are excellent. Eduard makes both USN and USAF (AF ones I have came in F-16 wheels sets). *correction* Aires Wheeliant line has USN hard bar and rope versions. I know there’s a few other USN and USAF sets out there. Just can’t remember who. if Dave is doing them, they’ll be excellent! Edited April 24 by Brian P: Fightertown Decals
