KursadA
CD48238 will be a 1/48 scale set for USAF F-15EX Advanced Eagles. We are also working on a 3D-printed F-15EX/QA conversion set for the GWH F-15E kit, to be released simultaneously with the decals. I also have artwork for Qatari F-15QA Ababils, but I am still trying to figure out how to incorporate these into a product - it could be an add-on to the F-15EX sheet or the conversion set, or a standalone product. More on this later.
Captain Tyler
I should've asked here. My apologies. Will EX-1 and EX-2 be reissued with this sheet? EX-1 briefly had some emblems on the CFTs when it rolled out. I know for certain on the left side was the 40th Flight Test Squadron emblem. Right side is this one Edited August 17 by Captain Tyler
Gator52
96th Test Wing. Chris
Dutch
I was going to say it looks like the old 96th Bomb Wing badge! Test Wing now, eh? I guess it really is a "Beagle." Edited August 17 by Dutch
KursadA
Yes, I intend to include 20-0001 and 0002 with all the markings added to these aircraft later. Almost done, should be able to post the drafts sometime next week.

Captain Tyler
Might take a little research, but these decal drawings from another manufacturer are definitely interesting. 20-0002 has some interesting nose markings there that worth investigating.
KursadA
I am aware of these markings and they will be on the sheet - thanks!
skyhawk524
As of late July, at Oshkosh, 0001 had the CFT’s removed. I believe current AF standing is for the airplane to be delivered and operated without them.

The DoD really doesn't like CFTs on anything anymore besides the F-15Es
Captain Tyler
Before and After EX-2 had its CFTs removed. One of the few pics I found of it with CFT emblems in my research.

KursadA
I will be designing all future F-15 / F-15E sheets for the GWH kits. That said I am not aware of anything that is dimensionally off on the Revell kit to make a difference.

Niels
@Captain Tyler I think he might have referred to future F-15/F-15E decals.
achterkirch
Maybe this isn’t the right place but I have seen quite a few pics of legion pod equipped F-15EX’s. Maybe it could be part of your 3D print line? I’m not aware of any U.S. based supplier for legion pod in any scale. Also it might not be a bad idea to do the outer pylons with their respective LAU-128 and adaptors? Edited August 20 by achterkirch
KursadA
Outer pylons and Legion pod are in the works and will be released in the next few months.

jbryan911
It looks like you are well on your way with this sheet. Here are some photos of 001 on display at Boeing Plaza in Oshkosh a few weeks ago. https://jbryan.smugmug.com/Airplanes/USAF/F-15EX-20-0001 Edited August 21 by jbryan911

One thing, Id probably add a full color set of Air Force Materiel Command shields for EX-1 in addition to the low vis versions (Decal #32) Edited September 6 by Captain Tyler

Da SWO
Interesting that the EX keeps the two-tone grey instead of the HAVE GLASS.
fasteagle12
I like the look of the 2 tone better than the HAVE GLASS regardless of the advantages of it.
