Hasegawa just re-released the "night attack" kit a month or two back, so should be easier to get the plastic you need going forward.  I almost bought one when they were first available again in Japan but I figured by the time I built it there would be a better new-tool version available.

The night attack version doesn't include the early LEX or the non-night attack nose.  I will probably end up buying the CAT4 conversion set, which can be used to convert any of the USMC versions of the kit.

Thanks for that, and "nuts!" because I've been wanting to build the Desert Storm glass nose version, too, and I was thinking this boxing would provide that option.  I had just quickly noticed the glass nose and presumed too much.
