Looks great Jost. You're very fortunate you're able to cast your own parts, they look good.

Here's a shot I took at our "Family Day" of a 193rd J model.

Thanks, Steve.

Nice Pic.

I like to paint my EC-139J in that scheme but not 100% shure, what FS # it is. Can’t find anything. Do you know the number?

Regards, Jost

It's AMC Grey, FS 36173.

I love 130's, but COMMANDO SOLO II had to have been the ugliest 130 built.

Nice model though, I am in awe of you fabrication skills.  How did you make the blade antennas?

Thanks Da SWO,

For all those large Antennas and pods I cast resin plates and round rods. Then they are cut and sanded until they have the shape of my previously created 1:72 scale drawings. And of course very good photos.

Happy New Year all.

Except for the four small lights, the upper fuselage is finished. I'll have to see, because I don't have a transparent rod to make them. The cooling air duct is attached on the left side. The electronic pod is provisionally attached under the right wing. Maybe a few more details will be added.

Hi all,

I took a break from the wings and will now continue with the antennas on the tail. The first one is finished and attached. I made an angle so that all four antennas have the same angle. The other three antennas are cast.

Thank you for stopping by.

The antennas looks great and, I was wondering how you were going to attack this. This will be a tough area to get paint into once they are all attached.

Thanks, Steve.
Well, it always gets harder when parts are in the way. Things also get difficult with the antennas and e-pods under the wings. But I think it's easier here to inject everything at once. We'll see. It remains exciting.

Cheers
