Hooker169
Does anyone know what version Texan this is? @Dutch I know you have an extensive library of New England aviation, and most probably have the answer but I feel you may be covered up in post hurricane restoration. I'm starting my nesting chores on a New Hampshire ANG aircraft lineage collection, but I want to make sure I’m getting them right. If anyone else can help with versions of other a/c flown by the 133rd out of NH, wether it’s Grenier or Pease that would be awesome! Thanks in advance Mike Edited December 4, 2024 by Hooker169

Dutch
Hooker, What Andy said. I just check ARC once a day and missed your RFI. Here is what Baugher says: 42-48772/49069 North American AT-6C-15-NT Texan Redesignated T-6C Jun 11, 1948 48884 (MSN 88-12794) Accepted by USAAF 27Mar43. 890th Single Engine Flying Training Squadron, Tuskegee Field, AL. Rebuilt as T-6G 49-3190 in 1951 BTW, The cowl ring is deep red. break-break Andy, Excellent links you posted! BTW, I have one note on the excellent site by Harold Skaarup on New England Aviation. Concerning the photo of the C-124C, this was actually the delivery flight of the first C-124 to the NH ANG as it still wears MAC markings. That's the reason why the brass are present for the arrival!
