Andrés S
Hi. This model, along with the AT-ST, are two of my favorites from my collection of STAR WARS that I continue to make with Bandai kits. It's a shame that not all the models are in the same scale, but I have to admit that the AT-AT at 1/72 scale and even more so at 1/48 would be too big a model and the AT-ST at 1/72 scale and even more so at 1/144 would be ridiculously small with hardly any possibility of detailing its surface. Although Bandai has shown to have the ability to recreate details, and with enormous quality. The exterior was painted with Tamiya, but the cockpit and the dirt outside were painted using various Vallejo references. The snow is also from AK Inteactive and I still regret not having covered the entire base with snow. Andrés.

Spinnaker
It’s fun seeing what parts were used from 1/35 kits to construct the original models, like upper rear hull of the Sdkfz 222 and Flakvierling shields on the posterior of the AT-AT.

True, very true, but not just for 1/35 scale military vehicles. The engine and leg drive parts belong to the engine of a 1/24 scale Harrier, I believe. In a time, there was interest on the web in trying to identify which parts from which kits were used in this vehicle, as well as in the Millennium Falcon or the AT-ST. I, despite being ignorant on the subject, was able to locate the wheel skirts from a Puma reconnaissance vehicle in the AT-ST. Thanks for stopping by. Andrés.
