KursadA
CMP48001 will be a 1/48 scale Pave Tack pod designed for the Hobby Boss F-111F kit. It will be complete with detailed cradle and weapon bay doors. It will include a basic set of decals but the upcoming F-111F stencil sheet will include Cartograf-printed detailed decals for it. It will be released at around the same time as the upcoming F-111F sheet, in January/February timeframe. Edited December 6, 2024 by KursadA

Probably too much work - but the idea had crossed my mind. I will consider it for sometime in the coming year. And yes, we will definitely make a 1/72 version for the Hasegawa kit. fintajoe
The 4 air vents attached at wrong reversed position on the sample kit part.

Obviously we were just testing everyone's knowledge of obscure F-111 facts 🙂 and see how quickly anyone would find it. It will be fixed in the instructions and the new set of photos for the product page. Edited December 10, 2024 by KursadA

USAFsparkchaser
I like this, but need it for Academy kit.
Geoff M
Kursad, This one is going to keep you busy! Better make a bunch.
Stefan buysse
Hi, Looks great. I would also prefer one for the Academy kit. I have several of the Academy kits and no Hobbyboss F-111D/E kit (I think that would be the one to use as Hobbyboss apparantly didn't release an F version). Cheers, Stefan. Cameron Lynch
Add me to the list of people who need this for the Academy kit. It's the last thing I need for my Lakenheath build.

Bo105flyer
Kursad, I see that you are testing our kit knowledge as well as Hobby Boss does not have a 1/48 F-111F kit. I wish they did but I too have an Academy F model kit. I don't remember right off hand, but I think there is no exterior difference between the E & F models. But I look forward to this detail set. KursadA
I had the HB F-111E kit in mind - as you pointed out there should not be any external differences for F-111F. With accessories like the Reskit cockpit, I felt that this was the better choice in the scale. All the decals you need are on the new F-111F sheet coming in a month or so all you will need is some appropriate ordnance.
KursadA
I received the parts and they look great. I will release these at the same time as the F-111F decals.
