Here are a few images of my recently completed 1/48 Academy A-10C.  I used the TwoBobs 'Heritage Hawgs' (currently sold out) decals, and the Phase Hangar engine updates (intake and exhaust).  This was my first attempt at using focus stacking (to keep the entire image in focus), and I think it turned out reasonably well.

A naked Hog? Blasphemy!

Other than that, a great-looking build.

LOL  I would agree with your assessment of naked, but only because this one is/was a Heritage aircraft, meant to be clean and with limited arms.  I'm planning on a few more A-10 planes, and at least one will be loaded up and filthy, for sure!  Thanks for the comments!

Outstanding! Love those invasion stripes on the warthog!

Thank you sir!  I’ve always found those invasion stripes to be a really cool look, not to mention the significance of those stripes with respect to the beginning of the final downfall of the Nazi regime!  My plan is to build every WWII aircraft (primarily fighters) that had invasion stripes applied.  I’ve got a P-47 in progress, and will soon build the Robin Olds natural metal P-38 with those stripes. It’s gonna be awesome! 😋😋

Nice. I love the invasion stripes on this jet. Totally awesome!

Thanks!  I think those stripes enhance any aircraft they are on, but clearly, some more than others.
