jonbryon
This is a long shot, but I'm making an A-6A from VA-35 on the USS Coral Sea in 1969/1970 from a Furball sheet, bureau number 152637. I have many unanswered questions about the details but can only find a single photo of this airframe via Google, and it's not from the most helpful angle: Does anyone know where there might be more images of this airframe from this time period? Furball must have had some references, but of the 4-5 books I've got on the A-6, none show this aircraft in these markings. In particular I'd love to know: 1. If the tail hook had the cover fitted 2. What the antennae fit was under each intake 3. What pattern the anti-glare panel was (if any) 4. If there was the little red light by the refuelling probe base 5. What configuration the nose gear door had 6. A better idea of what the walkway markings looked like on the upper fuselage Thanks for any help/suggestions, Jon
