serendip
Hi all, I thought I'd start a new thread and not pursue the old one which was more about the wrong shape of the nose for an early 'H. There are some strange lumps and bumps on the tops of the enginge housings - does anyone know if these are real or dreamt up by the manufacturer? They're towards the rear of the nacelle a little hard to see on the picture, to the left and right of the pylon: Thanks for your help.
Norm DUbay
Yes they are there but are very subtle. This a picture of Valkyrie one of the secret squirrel B-52G used at the opening of Desert Storm at the Pima Air Museum. Norm

Winnie
they are part of the accsesory section of the engine, or also could be the tank for water injection, but I don't think so.

serendip
Also would anyone know if the inside of the inlets (as on the outside) were white on the bottom and NMF on the tops? Thanks, Marc.
serendip
Hi all, Hoping again for some help - I need to rescribe the refuelling recepticle doors on my ERTL B-52G which I am slowly wrestling into submission. Does anyone have some layout drawings or pictures (FKA photos) of the shape of these doors. Thanks all Marc.
