B-17 guy Posted October 2, 2025 Share Posted October 2, 2025 Outside of the obvious things like black for the instrument panel I’ll use a combo of interior green and dull dark green. Give it some variety I guess. Depending on the paint you use beret green is a good substitute for dull dark green. I don’t go crazy super detailing in there as most of won’t be seen anyways. Steve N Posted October 2, 2025 Share Posted October 2, 2025 "Interior Green" (tinted Zinc Chromate) was not used on the fuselage interiors of wartime B-17s. If it was painted it was Dull Dark Green. SN I know this and only use it sparingly for difference in color variation on an area you won’t really see anyway. I never use it on the fuselage interior. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
