What Paints Are These ?

I recently acquired a batch of old paints. Mostly Humbrol enamels, and indeed some oddities i`ve never seen before including some fluorescent paints.

 

But something else peaked my curiosity the most. Some kind of alu.tins with screw on lids. German text on them. Anyone know what type of paint these are?

Another Q, i am sure some of you know the answer to. The Billing Boats kit with 9 paint tins, is this an enamel paint and is it any good? Boatbuilders...anyone?

Not to take anything away from ARC, you might get more answers by asking over on Hyperscale or Britmodeller, due to the higher amount of traffic they get.

Nice collection indeed! Most of the tins shown are from the early sixties. If you hadn't found it, I have a webpage about the subject:

Hey, that`s a really nice webpage you got there. What about the Airfix tins, did you not include those?

Thanks! But: Airfix tins on a webpage about Humbrol tins, why would one do that? Unless there's a connection that I don't know about.
