Chris Crowder
After working on ships the past few months I decided to head back to planes for a little while and try something new. Here's what I've gotten done so far on a 1/48 Su-25 (woohoo for X-mas vacation!). The kit cockpit is pretty poor so I replaced it with the NeOmega set which is really, really nice. Hope you enjoy and more to come in the future!

Chris Crowder
Thanks guys. The instrument panel and HUD arms are PE and film parts from PART. The NeOmega instrument panel is the only weak part in the set as it has soft detail. The rest of the cockpit is just the resin set with no additions from me. Still working on the ejection seat. David Walker
That just looks fantastic. I'll admit I know very little about the Su-25. What's the cockpit color? In the photos it looks kind of light gray.
Zactoman
Nice, looking forward to the ejection seat.
Chris Crowder
What's the cockpit color? In the photos it looks kind of light gray. I used Model Master enamel "Duck Egg Blue" for the cockpit color. Most Russian aircraft have a light blue cockpit that's pretty close to this paint. Might not be a perfect match but it's close enough for me
drhornii
Unbelievable, great work David
David Walker
Thanks for the update Chris. I think the lighting just washed it out a little.
