What did you get at the Hobby Shop today?

Various supplies:

2 jars of flat white

1 jar of gloss black

1 jar of gloss red

4 new tweezers (1 angled, one straight, two locking)

1 draftsman's lead holder (I use them to hold landing gear when painting)

1 draftsman's compass

A 1/48 Itelari Chinnook. Looks VERY nice in the bag. Instructions are a little screwed. We sold off our Chinnooks back in 1990, sure didn't have any in Edmonton in 2004 as the instructions say.

But the kit looks VERY promising. :woot.gif:

a tub of modelstrip [this useful stuff sells very well in my local hobby shop]

but the most expensive purchase was Handley Page Victor - the history of a classic jet volume 2 by roger brooks

and published by pen and sword books. its thoroughly recommended.

I just received an order from GMW which contained some masks, a cockpit etch set and some cargo seatbelts for my Academy CH-53E. Strangely the model, which was on the same order didn't arrive so I am now scratching my head as to where it is. Also unfortunately when/if the kit does arrive, my good wife is going to ****** it out of my sweaty palms and then give it to me for Xmas !!!!!!

At the TH hobby store and white minivan..... :woot.gif: A Hasegawa F-14A and Hobby Craft CF-100 both 1/48. Also a wonderful toss in. Two more sets of planes for my all ways pushed back build of the Enterprise in 1/350.
