snake111
Hello fellow scale modelers. Im currently working on the Acadamy 1/48 F-15d. Im now in the process of decaling. I have found that on this model the dacals tend to stick as soon as you put them on. And the large ones a next to impossible to reposition once on the model. I destroyed one yesterday trying. Any suggestions on how to overcome this? The model has a nice gloss coat and im using microset/sol. Is this a problem with all acadamy kits? I hope not, I still have 3 left to build, And really dont want to screw them up. Thanks Brian
kozlok
What decals are you using? My experience with Academy's decals is that you should immediately send them to the trash. It's quite possible that the rest of the Garbage in there will be offended. They are awful. Buy some aftermarket.
