Aardvark Models - No goods - Sad Company

Recently had an experience with a company in the UK called Aardvark models.

I ordered a couple of resin bits in November last year. By a month later still nothing so I called them and they said they were busy for xmas orders.

Then nothing for 3 months, I tried calling, faxing, emails etc and nothing, had they gone out of business? I checked out and still trading.

I finaly sent them a threating letter and magically got a reply in 15 mins!

They claim my order was shipped but must have got lost! Ha ha I not heard that one before, no proof of this was offered but they claimed they would ship a new order ASAP.

Now a month later and Nothing! it was not much money but that is not the issue.

Just warning you guys to stay away.

I dont think it is a case a fraud more of incompetance :wacko:
