smithery
While in the hobby shop today, I spotted two of these on the shelf. Any idea who makes it? It was in a rather plain white cardboard box, and I couldn't see the manufacturer listed anywhere. Any ideas on the quality of the contents? Thanks in advance.
RCAFFAN
These were made as a promotional model for a (i believe) a whisky co. and then they have been offered for sale for years. Saw one once and it is basic kit with solid fuselage with no (clear) windows and nil interior. Good starting point and of course only game in town if you want a beaver in that scale. Thought it was bigger than 1/32 though, more like 1/24 <_< maybe not the same kit Bruce

Ken Lim
Of course you know what will happen- After you get done carving out the windows, making a new interior and casting a dozen some cylinders to replace the radial, some company will release a big Beaver with masses of PE and resin and optional position everything. Hawk10
BTW, the Beaver has a 7 cylinder P&W R-985 (450 hp) in it
