Or - it is merely a taxiway/road ?? Or - there is a concrete ski-ramp at Severomorsk ?? I know that the AVMF were having troubles renting NITKA from the Ukrianians - and I wondered if this pic was evidence that they had built a ramp at Severomorsk.
