gunpowder
This scratchbuilding is addictive. I started this before i started my scratchbuilt Bird of prey. Its built entirely from Plasticard. Its not going to have all of the exact kit parts stuck all over it but it should look good when finished. It already looks really cool! http://www.photobox.co.uk/album/1758970
MaRiO FDZ
two things: 1) Innit supposed to be thinner? 2) being 1/32, how big is it??? Impressive, none the less. I have one in my stash, but I won't touch it untill i complete this semester, I'm taking an Electronics course, and I want to enlighten it, literally. lol Keep it up! Take Care
gunpowder
Thinner? Nope it was built from plans. It will look a little tinner once the hundreds of overlapping armour plates are added. They overhang the edges a bit. Its 32 inces long

gunpowder
Cockpit tube is now on. Made from 3 inch drainpipe. Marios observation has got me wondering now. On some models of this size, the sidewalls are 26mm. Mine are 30mm as it said on the plans i had. How close the plans are to the studio model is anyones guess! It will look thinner eventually as well as rounder as it has to have armour plates all over it that overhang the edges and therefore make it look thinner. Oh well other than us model geeks whos gonna know?!
