Clarence
Is the F94 painted in ADC gray? Hard to tell from B&W but it doesn't look metallic except for a band around the afterburner. Also any ideas as to what aircraft is behind the rudder, next to the H19? Is it a HU16 or C123? Clarence
Ken Middleton
David, great stuff you have been posting! Do you happen to have any older ones of the Mass ANG's 102 FW or 101 FS? Thanks Ken
Murph
Clarence, It looks more like dulled NMF or painted aluminum to me. If you look closely at the right wing of the aircraft behind the F-94, an extended float is visible, which would make it an HU-16. Regards, Murph
Clarence
I couldn't tell if that was a float or a bush. The one on the other side must be hidden behind the H19. There's a lot of tonal gradations in that 94, so dulled/weather NMF makes more sense than a paint job I suppose. It's an excellent photo BTW. Clarence

Murph
I couldn't tell if that was a float or a bush. Clarence, Maybe it's a C-123 with a flower pot hanging from the wing? Regards, Murph

Don
Now that is a cool picture. It is simple yet busy...if that makes sense. I think that this would make for an interesting diorama. You have a nice mix of aircraft, and helo's, some ground crew milling about, as well as some equipment, and the older buildings. It beats rows of neatly parked aircraft in my opinion. Thanks for posting! Regards, Don ;)
