From few days Marcin can't add any answer here...so big request to Steve ...could You help and check it for Marcin

Thank You very much in advance

In the meantime I Paste Marcin's answer in mine

I used two different kind of paints: acrylic Tamiya X-19 smoke (with ethyl

alcohol as a thinner) and cellulose Humbrol Clear Colour No1322 (thinned by

Gunze Mr Color Thinner). After few tests of airbrushing two coats (colors

one by one) I decided to mix paints after mixing with used thinners. It

wasn't easy because these transparent paints aren't the same kind but it

works. The canopy is airbrushed only one coat and wasn't polished.

Best Regards Turecki

Since Marcin still appears to be having email problems let me take the liberty of posting his most recent pics for you all.

Marcin writes:

Some pics of my latest work on of P&W nozzle.

I used dry pastels for the firs time and I'm quite happy of the effect.

I hope to paste the whole turbine-afterburner-nozzle set to the fuselage in few next days.

Right now I’m waiting for decal which imitate carbon material to apply it on turkey feathers.

Today I achieve pretty good result on photoeaching process. This is Viper speed breakes copper plate after eaching and before eliminating the UV paint.

- Corel Draw project (most time consuming)

- special technique print (very accurate) on perfect transparent thin foil

- copper or brass plate painted by photo coping lacquer on each side

- plate between two prints (siede A and siede B) on foil

- light UV light (6 minutes in my case)

- wash lighted paint by NaOh

- etching

That's all in flash way

While ago Pierre SCALEPHANTOMPHIXER Guertert <-- :worship: explained it very well on this forum.
