Shinigami
Its as real as it gets, also posted at www.schultzairshows.com. The International Council of Air Shows convention takes place on December 1-3, and the US military jet teams release their tentative schedules during that convention. volzj
Wow! Ican't believe it. NAS Willow Grove despite being hit by the BRAC axe is going to have an airshow in '06. I would have sworn I'd seen my last one this year. Thanks for the list.

yardbird78
The airshow at Scott AFB, IL, has been scheduoled and then cancelled the last 3 years in a row, but I see the T-Birds are scheduled here the 12-13 of August. Maybe it will actually happen this year. Darwin

I would have sworn I'd seen my last one this year. Thanks for the list. I couldn't believe that one either. McGuire gets an expanded mission from BRAC, but no airshow this year? Go figure... mkimages
:D Looks like I'll be making up for the crappy year 2005 has been. T-birds @ Robins AFB Blues @ NAS Atlanta Might try to make it to Tyndall as well ...and whose boneheaded idea was it to schedule the Snowbirds at Vidalia, GA the same weekend NAS Atlanta is hosting the Blues? SimFixer
And for the T-bird fans, don't forget, 2006 is the season Capt. Malachowski makes her debut as the first Lady T-bird. To those of you that see 'em, let those of us that can't know how she does. Edited December 2, 2005 by SimFixer
Tiger15
I see the Thunderbirds are making plans to be in Casper, WY in July. That is GREAT! That is my home town and only a few hours drive from where I am currently living. My parents and sister still live there. It has been a long time since there was an airshow there....at least that I can remember. I also want to take my daughter to the show to see Captain Malachowski fly the Viper.
