Bri2k
Here's scratchbuilt Boeing B-9X. I tried to imagine Boeing improving the B-9 to compete with the Martin B-10 by adding enclosed nosegun and cockpits for the pilot and rear gunner. The wings and horiz. stabs. are from the 1/144 Minicraft P-38 and the vert. stab. is from the 1/144 Minicraft B-25. The engines you can't see are from the 1/144 Minigraft B-29. The cowlings and fuse were cut from an old pen and the nose gun blister is from blisterpack material. The pilot's and rear gunner's canopies are from the 1/144 Minicraft Tojo and the bombardier's glazing is from the 1/144 Minicraft JU-88. The decals are from Blue Rider and the tail stripes were hand painted. You can see my kitbashes of a 1/144 P-36 (from the Minicraft Tony kit) and P-26 (from the Minicraft Tojo kit) flying escort.
