flanker
Navigator - Mi-8 Sbornaja model??? - Mi2
GeejeeZ
I also have a 1:48 Mi8 kit. I think it is different than the one mentioned before because it has the square airliner style passenger windows. Too bad I got rid of the box, because it's a very old kit from the pre-Gorbatsjov days (the instructions were still plastered with communist propaganda!).
Zmey Smirnoff
Sbornaja model??? - Mi2 Is that the white plastic one with "Aeroflot" MOLDED on the tail boom? Sbornaja it is... model... its not! Z.S.
flanker
I dont know anything about that model (i only saw that somebody on serbian forum Vitrina want to sell it:)
kotey
This Mi-2 model is more like a toy - poor detailed kit, actually someting about 1/50 scale. BTW you forget Russian Project 1/48 Mi-8 - short run with white metal parts
Zmey Smirnoff
Yup, thats the one! Lets not count it. So how many 1:48 Mi-8s do we have? Because it seems that completes the list...
flanker
So wich is better(has better geometru:) Navigator or Russian Project Mi-8?

Sabre F-86
Sbornaja Mi-2. Is that the one with 3/16 inch thick sides and go kart wheels? decals are plastic stickers of some Aeroflot machine? I tried to do that one, Still chiseling away at the sides of it to get the walls thinned down. I'm probably going to shoot it with my bb gun for giggles. :D Sabre
Zmey Smirnoff
Remembering the thinkness of the plastic on that "kit" I'd recommend upgrading to 50 cal. BB wont even scratch that monstrosity
