Murph
For those of you putting figures in your kits, you might find this useful. This helmet also carries the mounting clips for NVG's. The base color of the helmet (and mask and hose) is FS#36375, while the leather padding and strips on the outside of the helmet are closest to FS#36118. The inside of the helmet is primarily black leather and felt type padding. Regards, Murph
Murph
One with the visor down and the NVG mounting clips visible just above the visor. The visor is removed when NVG's are mounted.
Murph
One with the visor cover in place; it's held on by velcro at the edges.

Murph
Murph...what happend to the "Eeyore" callsign you had when you were on T-38's???Great shots of the helmet by the way. Colin, That's Chubber's hemmit, not mine. The one (of two) I have gathering dust is from flying the T-38, and it's not accurate for that, since it has the NVG's clips added for use in the Eagle sim.
