lgl007
o_O Nice... I love the grungy look of the weathering on those... just how I would imagine them to be. Â -Greg
smokeriderdon
I dont do a lot of spinny thingies, and certainly not many WWII or any subject. But I did this one for a group build so had to. My first ever F4U-1 Corsair. And first ever anything from the Pacific theatre. So totally was guessing on the weathering. Tamiya 1/48.
Geoff M
Just Finished:Â Hasegawa P-40N in 1/48. I added seat belts, otherwise it is out of the box. Â

phantom
Yep, compare it to other 1/48 kits....... Â
lgl007
Haha... ya... that's what I figured. Still a nice addition to your Canadian aircraft arsenal 🙂  -Greg
Geoff M
A duo build I just completed. A Tamiya and Hasegawa P-47 Razorback. Both nice kits no real problems experienced. I used the Hasegawa decals on the Tamiya kit and the Tamiya decals on the Hasegawa kit. Otherwise they are out of the box builds. Tamiya is Miss Mary Lou, and Hasegawa is Little Chief.  Enjoy!
lgl007
Those are really nice. Very clean builds. Question... why build two of them?  -Greg
Geoff M
Because i had them and i like comparing how different companies treat the same subjects.  Overall the tamiya molding was a little more detailed and crisper

phantom
1/48 Roden Birddog, much nicer then the Model USA kit, but the kit decals fell apart, not an issue really as the Canadian Roundels were completely wrong. They gave RCN roundels which were also very out of register. Used a mix of Canmilair and Belcher spares. Â Â
lgl007
Looks nice...something different for the collection... Â Greg
