In flight...

Made from a Roche Egg ( chockie filled container that's egg shaped) I masked off the windows, hatches and panel lines, sprayed on several coats of flat white, then removed the masking on the panels and hatches. I then sprayed several more layers of paint, then removed the window masks. This gave a depth to the panel lines and hatch recesses. The bubble windows are from craft store "google" eyes, with the back and pupil removed.

That's pretty good. What did you use for the landing gear and seats? I may have to try one.

Passenger seats are the passenger seats from an ESCI 1/72 F-27 Friendship. The peelot seats are bang seats from the spare bin. The landing gear is just aluminium tubing covered with foil, and the footpad is tube styrene fitted over the struts. I even put springs in the struts for a squooshy effect. I wanted to do a Space 1999 Eagle type footpads, but couldn't rationalise how they'd fold up into the gear bays.

Excellent! This little boat really packs 'em in. I love the Star Trek-style control panels with the HUD. Now build a docking diorama for it!

Hey! Since when does Steve Filak have a spy cam in my workroom?

Actually, it's the Newk York Departure Terminal, but, that's too close to be a coincidence! :D
