BIG ROOF over my bug

Recommended Posts

As i said, i was working on a big photo article about my bug at 1/32 scale.

I made a couple of acsessories scratch builded.

The most complicated one was the electric supply.

It is made of styrene, maped with aluminium.

It will be a big article with different steps of maintenance of

the bug.

Replacing ejection seat

replacing the GE404

ect....

At the end the beast will be ready to take off with full load.

I have been shooting for one week non stop and i now have 1giga of picts to

organise.

I send you a pict to give an idea of the size of that hangar.

Richy, holy mother of god!!! That is fantastic work. I think I'm just about ready to toss up my tools in frustration and go do photography or something.

Absolutely jaw-dropping. :crying:

Richy, you are BONKERS!..... and I mean that in the nicest possible way.

This is "magnifique". What a treat to see. Your scratch building is terrific. The power cart and the power leads are great.

Are the barrels, buckets, etc. Tamiya 1/35th scale? They look superb painted the way you've done.

Thanks for sharing...I can't wait to see some more.

unfortunaly, i didn't make any picts in progress as i usually do.

Weels comes from my kids's toys (they have plenty, they will not miss it)

i just scratch a litlle to give it a better look.

For the cart i shaped the base with 1,5 mm styrene card and i build all the panels with aluminium

sheets.

The big pipe is made with electric cable 2,5mm with another silver cable around.

Then i used putty with acetone to soft and to match the two elements together.

Cheers
