JG-26 happens to be my favorite Luftwaffe unit, and its not common to see birds from this Gruppe built up. At least not as common as other Gruppen. Started on the 190-D that was theoritically his, but not finished yet. Also have on hand kits for 190A-8 and 109F-4 that I plkan to do as Pips' aircraft. Fascinating character. It seems like everyone, me included ;) , goes for the "Eagle Scheme" on the A-3's and A-4's, so seeing Pip's aircraft is a nice change of pace. I wish there were more decals available for the other "characters" in the unit. Most ealry markings that I can find are obviously of Adolf Galland's aircraft from when they flew Bf-109s.
