David Walker
I would'nt consider that a "sick" obsession of any one type of aircraft. Yeah, I'm afraid that's the best I could come up with. It certainly doesn't compare with Andy's 63 F-14As.

ChernayaAkula
Okay, Andy's stash is impressive. phantom's 94 Phantoms are also awesome (albeit understandable!), but I think Vliegenier should be made "Overall Multiple Kits Wacko"! My obsessions don't go into that numbers, but here goes anyways: F-16 - 12 (all 72nd) FW-190 - 9 ( 48th and 72nd) Me 109 - 9 (various scales) Mustangs - 8 (half 72nd, half 48th) Spitfires - 6 (48th and 72nd) Tomcats - 5 (all72nd, with a lot more in planning!) All of these unbuilt <_< , some started.....

One can never have too many Phantoms! I have them in all versions (ESPECIALLY recce Phantoms!!), and in scales from 1/720 up to 1/32. In fact, I just got a Tamiya 1/32 F-4E in the mail yesterday. Now, I have to order the Cutting Edge F-4E(S) conversion for it. Larry Engesath Phormer Photo Phantom Phixer P.S. I also have a lot of C-130 kits, but not nearly as many as my beloved Phantoms.

Frank Steffens
I have 27 1/72 F-4 Phantoms. Six are F-4J's, Four are F-4B's, Four F-4N's, 3 RF-4B's, 1 F-4E, 1 RF-4C, 1 F-4C, 1F-4K and Six F-4S. (I need to find a 1/72 F-4G from Hasegawa) I have 2 F-14B's, 2 F-14A's, and an F-14D I have 3 F/A-18A's, 5 F/A-18C's, 5 F/A-18D's, 2 F/A-18F, 1 F/A-18E 2 A-1J Skyraiders, 6 A-1H/AD-6's, 4 A-1E/AD-5's (I'm really happy about RoG releasing the AD-5 with USN markings again!) 2 A-4B's, 2 A-4E's, 2 T/A-4J's, 1 OA-4M, 1 A-4M, and two A-4C's I have two of almost every helicopter kit I've ever purchased. I don't know why, but I always get two. I have recently started hoarding kits of planes that the Jolly Rogers flew. I have every one, except for an FJ-3 Fury (I'm currently hunting down resources on how to convert an F-86) All told, I would say that in kits, tools and supplies, I have maybe 4 grand worth of stuff, which some people would think is ridiculous. That 4 grand worth of stuff could theoretically last me until the day I die. But then I look around at other people I know and their hobbies. I have one friend who travels the country to go to concerts and sporting events. He spends at least that much every year. Another friend spent more than that on golf, and thats just the clubs and green fees, not including travel/lodging to every corner of the country to play.
smithery
Can you tell I'm a rookie? 2 x P-47 (Razorback, P-47N - both built) 2 x P-51 (Mustang III, Mustang IV - both unbuilt) 2 x F-104 (1/48 F-104C, 1/32 CF-104 - both built) 2 x Spitfire (1/48 Mk.22/24 - unbuilt, 1/24 Mk.Vb - In Progress) 2 x Bf109 (1/48 E-4, 1/32 G-4 - both built and later culled) 2 x Canadair Mk.6 Sabre (1 built, 1 unbuilt) Beyond those, all of my kits in the stash or display case are singles. loftycomfort
i didn't understand why people complain about prices of the latest wonderkits from trumpeter or tamiya. a $100 kit certainly is cheaper than other vices: a nice set of golf clubs, a design suit, concert tickets, or a good old fashion night of debauchery. but now i understand! :D
Bandwagon 106
Tomcats, Phantoms Skyhawks, Eagles Fighting Falcons Starfighters, Hornets, Corsairs, all 1/48 except a few in 1/32. Not enough hornets, Superhornets, Corsairs..... Joel
