ElectroSoldier
Not sure if advising both of you to seek treatment with a shrink is going to help at all. Permanently locked up in a mental institution would be advisable! You could be right. I cant wait to see my girlfriends face when she sees them...
Dimosthenis
Let's see... all are 1/48 except where mentioned 8 F-4 various versions (...and rising) 3 F-16C/D 4 Spitfires 3 F-8 (might be just 2, but I've GOT to have aminimum of 3 ) 3 F/A-18 (one 1/32) 3 P-47 3 B737 (1/144) 3 B727 (1/144, need... more... B727...) I know it seems dwarfing compared to other fellow-ARCers but combined with the rest of the growing stash, it's enough to make people wander and look strange at me... Vliegenier
One advantage of Multiples is that everytime you build one, you figure out a better way to build the next one. You think of it as an advantage knowing where you'll be messing up your next build ? There's still Murphy, remember ? Stef

Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
i have to ask: whats behind the massive multiples of 40 - 100 of a single aircraft?!?!?!?!?! Hence the term "sickness"
kitnut617
Well the most numerous of one type is my Spitfire family, I've 47 of them, which includes Seafires, Spitefuls and Seafangs. Then: 15 Hurricanes. 14 Harriers. 14 Sabres. 11 Meteors. 10 Tempests. My last entry here 8 B-52's, not many, just going to take a lot of space. All 1/72 BTW  Robert

Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
Well, heck...I originally posted in here my 26-strong and counting history of the Jolly Rogers...props/jets and all. Everything with the bones. Wonder if that really counts, then, going by the current trend/definition?
desaix
Tomcats: 2 finished 3 in Progress, many more of them are waiting for me (these still don´t know that my hands will change them into rubbish  ) I wanna have whole VF-31 squadron with F-14D´s. Does anyone have information and photos for VF-31 birds AJ 109,108? I don´t know whether they exist cause I´ve never seen any photo of these (maybe I wasn´t looking at right places) MiG-29 1 finished 17 MiGs-29 A and 2 MiGs-29UB waiting. (for these I need to improve my skills and save more money)

PlasticWeapons
Hmm, don't feel so bad guys. The USAF and USN have multiples too... My 1/48 stash looks like this: 12 Hasegawa and Monogram A-4s (E/F/M) 12 Hasegawa F-14s 6 Hasegawa and Monogram F-4s 15 Harriers (Hase and Monogram) with another on the way... 13 F-16s 4 A-10s 9 Revell F-15Es Just took a look again at the stash, gee I do have "too" many jets! Scary. Now as for decals......
phantom
Stash just got bigger with 3 of my most built, Tom, skyhawk and 104....Thanks Dong!
sweier
As the topic title and description says. Hardly any of them there suck-n-blows but...and these are the unbuilt ones, there are more that I've finished... 7 Sopwith Pups 9 Sopwith Camels (latest bought today) * 6 Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutters 7 RAF SE-5a 7 Bristol F-2b 11 Albatros D.III * 9 Albatros D.V 11 Fokker Dr.1 * 9 Fokker D.VII 7 Pfalz D.III 3 Junkers D.1 6 Nieuport 17 (but if you include variants like N.21, N.23 the total is 9) 5 Nieuport 11 4 SPAD XIII * 4 SPAD VII 3 Breguet XIV 5 Felixstowe F.2 (yikes) 4 Gothas 4 Hanriot HD.1 3 Fokker E.III 4 Morane Saulnier N The above are in (mostly) 1/48 plus quite a few 1/72. I also have several 1/32 kits but only ever one of them, marked with * Probably missed some, but I think that mostly the rest of my WW1 stash I only have two of each subject. The only post WW1 aircraft I have in multiples are Spitfires, because they're beautifull, and some F-16's because you can paint them in garish schemes and launch them across the lawn with a rubber band Shane

I don´t know whether they exist cause I´ve never seen any photo of these (maybe I wasn´t looking at right places) Nope, don't exist. I forget the reason, but MODEXes x08 and x09 are never (?) used, by any squadron... Daniel
Mike W.
I guess my stash of F/A-18 Hornets would qualify as excessive (34): 1/72 - 2 1/48 - 24 1/32 - 8 I don't know how this happened, but next in line are my B-52's, with a total of 16. Most are 1/200 scale DML kits, though. I have no more than 10 of any other type.
