PIERRE CHRISTIAN BAUDRU
Hi Pierre.Since you have drilled inside the top nose vent it probably means that you won't be correcting the nose and canopy right ? Laurent PS: I'm refering to the Master194 clone thread Hi Laurent, You are right, I decided yesterday to do this MIG without the corrections, just for the fun at this time. In deed the main goal in this build is the camo scheme and weathering effects But I'm planning to do those changes in my other fujimi MIG-21 in the future. Thanks a lot for the MIG-21's infos that will be very usefull for my next one. :D Bye.

Kasatka
hi, what color did you use for painting the cockpit? It looks very weird for me.
Laurent
what color did you use for painting the cockpit? It looks very weird for me. Pierre said that in a previous post: "Cockpit painted with interior soviet blue green (xtracolor)". It doesn't look too bad I think: panoramic cockpit view Ps: modifications I suggested to Pierre Edited January 30, 2009 by Laurent
PIERRE CHRISTIAN BAUDRU
Hi All, thanks for your messages ! Yesterday I found this. Some more progress. Here fujimi and revell external fuel tank ? Can you see the diference ? CYANO glue applied to fix a little problem. All comments are wellcome. Bye.
johnsan
With regard to the fuel tanks, Revell's shape looks closer to those seen in pictures. But none of the fins, at least on the one Revell kit I built, had the same shape. It's not a hard fix, just a little irritating to have to correct something like this. That said, the Fujimi tank's shape doesn't look so far off that it would be noticeable if slung underneath the kits fuselage. I guess you have make your choice. PIERRE CHRISTIAN BAUDRU
Thanks a lot my friend ! :) I think these PE parts are great ! Bye.
Laurent
I think these PE parts are great ! True but they were designed for this kit. The French expression "donner de la confiture aux cochons" ('cast pearls before swine' in English ?) comes to mind. It's true that it's probably difficult to find PE dedicated to the Fujimi kits nowadays.

Laurent
It looks like Fujimi placed the nozzle too deeply. Is it true or not ? http://data3.primeportal.net/hangar/philip...mf_19_of_50.jpg
