  1. Thanks! And a very useful photo!
  2. My Mk.H5 seats also account for the difference between Navy and AF variants. Granted, they are hand-mastered and have been on the market for about 10 years now so they may not have the super sharp details of the 3D printed seats shown, but they are also qutie a bit cheaper 🙂 and have been updated to fit the Tamiya kit. https://www.hypersonicmodels.com/product/martin-baker-mk-h5-ejection-seats Cheers J
  3. What are the sources of the manual drawings for the early/alternate seats (like the S/R-2)? One looks like it came from an F-104G manual? Thanks, J
  4. Wow, thank you for all this info! Who would have thought that all this info is actually out there. That foam block (in place of a chute pack) on the B-2 seat is a bit distracting, I guess behind it's the same as the later type, which we will offer? Cheers J
  5. Great work there!! My upcoming A (Early) and B/D (Early) sets will include a normal, operational C-1 seat, trying to incorporate information from various Lockheed manuals as well as (scarse) photos. It may not be 100% match to one of the various design iterations but we tried our best... Of course these will come with dedicated ejection rail, bulkhead and canopy de-mister tubing parts as well. Jeffrey
  6. Those are: Kinetic (new tool) F-16A (MLU) + HMR 48055 F-16A Block 1/5/10 backdate set Kinetic F-104A/C + HMR 48057 F-104A Late update set The prices represent good value, even if shipping is factored in.
  7. Hi everyone, a quick note to let you know that at Hypersonic Models I currently have a small number of bundle deals with kits and resin parts available. The kits are complete Kinetic plastic and PE parts and instructions, without decals. Many thanks 🙂 Jeffrey
  8. 3D printing is not a press-button thing. It takes a bit of time and dedication to learn to set up your printer and get the best out of it. Also, you need to think of a printer as only one component in a network of things ("ecosystem" is the new-fangled term). Even if you don't design your own stuff in CAD, you need a computer to run your slicer software (which creates the file readable for your printer, with all the specific printer, printing and resin parameters), a place for the printer where it's safe to operate (well ventilated, but also a stable climate, and where the occasional drop
  9. It's on their website now. https://www.zoukeimura.co.jp/en/products/sws48_15_f4e-late.html J
  10. I re-embedded the photo, I hope it works now? J
  11. Better try a 1:72 pilot. Here is my (correctly sized) SR-1 seat in the HB U-2R cockpit... I think a whole new tub is needed before we can go anywhere. J
  12. Short answer: no, not at all. Better use the Hawk/Testers kits.
  13. As Quixote said, this was not an operational scheme. It was painted just for the film. The paint scheme was later partially and then fully restored to orange. J
