1/48 Hasegawa F-104G built out of the box. This aircraft was one of four that intercepted and shot down two PLAAF J-6 (MiG-19) aircraft on January 13 1967. Markings are from Iliad designs for an aircraft from the Taiwanese Air Force. The decals performed great, with no hints of silvering when applied over a coat of Future. The intake covers which were created from scratch. I had the Quickboost ones, but had an impossible time getting them to fit properly, and they ended up in the trash. Model was painted using Model Master enamels and various shades of metalizers. A panel line wash was completed using "The Detailer" and sealed with a flat coat. Comments and critiques welcome!
