  1. does any one have a valid contact address for RVHP ? Trying to get in touch with them but the box address is no good Any help greatly appreciated👍 Frank
  2. Can anyone explain the differences between the 2 AMK Mig-31 kits? There's #88003 which is the MIG-31BM/BSM and then there's kit # 88008 which is the Mig-31 B/BS. I read somewhere that the second release (88008) was "upgraded" with better cockpit parts and other details. Is this true ? Which one is the best ?? Many thanks in advance F
  3. Does anybody have pictures or a schematic of the smoke oil ejector tube on/in the exhaust cone ? Thanks ! F
  4. Thanks all your guys, Time to sniff glue ! F

  8. For what its worth.. I could be wrong, but I remember that Hawk did one a billion years ago. Not sure of the scale, but it was "close" to 1/72 as I remember it. No where near today's standards but......... Frank
  9. I have both of those kits and have mixed and matched most all of the interior parts with no issues. Can't vouch for detail accuracy, but they fit almost perfectly. I'm a big fan of the "F" and truly appreciate the Revell 1/48th scale kit, and have built 3 "F's" and 1 "G".. Then, I ran out of room........... Frank
  10. Very nice shot indeed. Looks to me like an active line bird and not a restoration. Nice shot ! Frank
  11. can you post the link please ? Thanks looking forward to seeing it. Frank
  12. From what I understand, Stevens International already has a warehouse full of Trump stuff that they can't get rid of now. Yup, raising prices even more sounds like a sure fire way to get sell it. Frank
  13. Both Trumpeter and Hobby Boss have ZERO customer service. Retailers and distributors both refuse any help in these situations because Trumpeter and Hobby Boss don't help them either. If they bust open a kit to help their customers, then they're stuck with a non sell able kit themselves. I tried for over two years to get help with missing Hobby Boss kit parts. Never did get a reply.. Squadron "customer service" (where it was purchased from) was no help whatsoever. They were useless. I no longer do any business with Squadron. With kit prices what they are, modelers can ill afford no support w
  14. For a C-82 Packet you can use either the Anigrand 1/144 or 1/72 C-82 kits. AS an FYI Frank
  15. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ "Balls of steel". Yup, and they carried em around in wheel barrows.. Al & Jack killed the first SAM sight by "fishing" for PRF signals with their primitive nose mounted APR set which detected PRF signals at only 11:00-2:00 off the nose point. Patience was a virtue ! Dsahling, good luck on your project. I hope someday to use the Trump 1/48th F-100F and do a similar build. Frank C.
