That is definitely worth a look. I have an old Hasegawa in the Stash, but you have to like Academy's recent Eagle releases. They are loaded with extras. I give lots of credit to Academy, they keep updating and adding! Hey Hasegawa! You just might learn something from Academy!

They must've just thrown in the weapon sprue from the F-15E I'm guessing, since they include the GBU-12's and -31's. I'm kinda surprised they didn't put in the AIM-9X's from the F-15K sprue, since the Light Grays almost exclusively carry the X-ray now. It looks like a decent kit though...I'll probably get one or two to "dress up" my Hasegawa kits, much like I've done with the E/I/K for the Revell Echo kit.

The sprue with the 9Xs are common throughout the new releases. The sprue they show is the only one to have Aim-9Ms IIRC

The sprue with the AIM-9Xs is sprue K which has the ejector seats, modern exhausts and main wheels. It is doubled. The weapons on it include AIM-9X, AIM-120C, SLAM-ER, and 2000lb JDAM.

The weapons sprue shown is Sprue M from the OIF F-15E, though it appears to have differant launch rails attached to the outside of the sprue. There also appear a couple of differant (New) parts in the center of Sprue M - two small pylons next to the sidewinder fins and whatever Part 29 is.

Any idea when it'll be in the states? And where would be a good shop to order it from?

Little Jeff

If you can afford it, support your local shop and order through them. If not, maybe spruebrothers will have a good deal. I prefer Hobbylinc.com if my hobby shop doesn't have what I'm searching for.
