  1. VERY well done!! I am looking forward to future installments, and I will keep this topic for my build, if it ever happens :)
  2. Guys, thank you for all the replies!! You guys were right on the money, I went to Revell's site and I was able to order the parts for no charge.
  3. Hey guys, I recently bought a 1/48 Revell F-15E Strike Eagle off Ebay. Unfortunately it ended up have the 4) fuel tank parts missing. Does anyone out there have spares that they would be willing to sell?
  4. Thanks for all the great suggestions guys, and for the welcome!! Riderfan: I get your point about working with those tiny pieces, I was thinking the same thing. Jason: I did see that cockpit pint job when I was doing my F-14A research. He did an awesome job!! Harold: thanks for that link, that guy has done an incredible job on his cockpit!! I think what I may do is go with a resin full cockpit for the F-14A, and do a PE set for the F-86. That will give me a chance to try out both
  5. Hello all, I am just starting to get into aircraft kits, so I have been doing a lot of reading of reviews and such. I see that one of the things that most people upgrade are the cockpits. I have the Kinetic 1/32 F-86F, and my next kit is going to be a Hagasawa 1/48 F-14A. I'm leaning towards building these with the cockpits open. I was wondering what people think about going with something like a Black Box full cockpit, or going with the kit cockpit and an Eduard PE upgrade? I know there is a cost difference, but let's say there wasn't.
