Hi guys! I hope that anyone can help me with a good tip. I am desperately looking for CORRECT and PRECISE P-40 F/K/L stencil decals in 1/48 scale. Namely, I intend to make a desert colour ("pink") P-40 K from 57th Fighter Group that flew in Nort Africa (Egipt to Tunisia) in 1942-43. If I understand correctly, and I made quite an investigetion through literature and pictures, those P-40 were originaly painted in standard OD and, being destined for Africa, were then repainted in sand ("pink") colour. All the main stencils were simply masked out and this colour painted over. The result was that

Hi! Does anybody have for selling the fantastic figure set of SCALE MODEL ACCESSORIES (SMA) Luftwaffe propaganda set in 1/48, code: SMAAR 033. I desperately need it for my diorama. Chuck Hi! These were some nice reminiscences. I live in Slovenia - next to NE Italy. It really is sunny these days - we had 18 degrees centigrade yesterday, almost a record for February. I wish we had some snow, not snow storms as in USA, but a foot or two. Cheers miha

Mark, here's NEWS OF THE DAY, or of the month(s)! I've just bought the unique Teknics 4801 Ground Crew set from a private firm in Germany, by the name Modellbau Huber. Here's a link: http://www.modellbau-huber.de/ Look under "figures" in pdf. catalogue (http://www.modellbau-huber.de/pdf/figuren.pdf). They got some more, I checked. Hi Don! I am replying to your post kinda late (only half a year), and from the other side of the globe at that. I am working on a future project of Penrod and Sam in 1/48 also, but I am missing not the squadron codes, but the victory markings of Robert Johnson (those 25 german crosses, that come under the canopy on the side. If you got a spare set, now do you by any chance have those crosses that you don't need? I could pay you the postage (PayPal maybe?). Thanks Miha from Slovenia.
